Gregg Moore

Gregg Moore looks to art as a way to get to know himself as well as a way to express himself to others.  He approaches most of his work as a study of a form, in an attempt to capture an expression or feeling.

Gregg was born in Los Angeles, grew up in Colorado, and has lived and traveled across most of the United States.  He has a BA from the University of Colorado, Boulder.  However, he's called Santa Cruz home for over five years.
 
The vast majority of his work is figurative, which Gregg prefers to paint in large scale with acrylic.
